Making the Man
They say that “clothes
make the man.” This isn’t true on
many levels. It’s actually a combination
of bones, muscles, and brainpower that “make” the man. But that’s being far too literal.
Some important things that
can “make” a man are his actions. We all
react differently in different situations.
Sometimes we react in a good way… sometimes we don’t. We always want our actions to be our
best. In the end, the way we act is
often a result of the way we think and feel at a given time.
Therefore, it makes sense to do things so that
you think positively and feel great.
Your actions will improve as a result.
If dressing a little better will help you feel
better, then it might be worth a try. In
that case, clothes may help “make” the
man. The same can be said for eating
well, exercising, getting plenty of sleep, and so on. There are lots of things that can help “make”
the man.
